1. Returns Eligibility:

  • You may return products within 14 days from the date of purchase providing that:
    • The product is defective and the defect was none of your own doing, but a factory defect.
    • The product is defective as a result of shipping damage.
    • Products that are personalized or customized may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Evidence can be provided of the defect, via photograph, video or other acceptable form.

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to inform them about your intention to return the product.
  2. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process

3. Return Shipping:

  • If the customer is eligible for a product return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will be reimbursed via store credits or bank transfer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning the product to ensure its safe arrival.
  • The customer is responsible for the safe shipping of the defective product back to Bitcoin Only.
  • Should the defective product not be returned to Bitcoin Only, then the company reserves the right to issue a refund. 

4. Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the product is approved for return, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Refunds will cover the product's purchase price 

5. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Consultations or digital products.
